Final

Picking a topic for the final project in this class was a difficult task. I chose to focus on my two favorite topics which were photoshop and video making. The topic I chose for my video was titled “A Day in Quarantine”. The whole point of the video was to showcase my day to day life during quarantine and what I have done to try and stay busy during the pandemic. I thought this would be interesting to show because this is a tough time for all of us and it’s important for us to find ways to stay busy. I started the video from when I first woke up and then ended with my nightly routine before I went to bed. I chose to produce the video all in one day because I wanted it to feel like I was actually taking you through my day-to-day life and not just putting random clips together. In the video there is a clip of me doing photoshop for one of my advertising classes. I chose to incorporate this to show how this class has helped me in my other classes as well. Before taking this class, I had no idea how to use photoshop or where to start. After learning how to use photoshop, it has allowed me to use this knowledge to further progress my skills and create amazing projects. Additionally, I chose to do a video for my final project because I wanted to try and improve from the last video I made. Overall, I learned many more useful skills that aren’t pictured in these videos but can still help me in my day to day life.
